Position Summary:
BJHCHS has immediate openings for three Licensed Practical Nurses. Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current South Carolina LPN license.
Desired skills include experience with phlebotomy, vitals, EKG’s, nebulizer treatments, immunizations, IV’s, and assisting with clinical procedures.
Recent LPN graduates are welcome to apply!

Position Summary
BJHCHS has an immediate opening for a Home Health RN. The Home Health RN is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of home health services.
Qualified candidates must have experience performing a comprehensive patient assessment and developing an individualized plan of care
Provides thorough documentation and submit required documents in a timely manner, Participates in team meetings and case conferences
Provides intermittent skilled nursing service as ordered by the physician for two counties (Beaufort and Jasper counties)
Must be able and willing to travel.
Qualified candidates must possess a SC RN license and a minimum of 2 years acute care/medical surgical or 1 year home health experience.

Position Summary
BJHCHS has an immediate internal opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse who is willing to transfer to our Home Health Department. The Home Health LPN will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of home health services.

Position Summary
BJHCHS has an immediate opening for a Home Health Director. The Home Health Director is responsible for demonstrating effective management skills, ensuring the efficient delivery of home health services, providing leadership and assistance to staff in daily operations.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have experience conducting chart reviews to monitor long range planning goals, utilization of services and documentation. Must possess prior experience maintaining quality management programs, identifying areas for improvement and experience using PDSA cycles. The Home Health Director must be comfortable speaking with the public on current issues involving Home Health.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a SC RN license and 5 years of management experience in a Home Health environment. Must demonstrate proficiency working with computers. Experience working with electronic health records is desired.
